SEOUL -- Suffering from high-blood pressure and diabetes, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has tasked deputies to search the world for an effective treatment to his ailments, according to South Korea's spy agency.

Kim reportedly was experiencing health problems by 2018, when he became the first North Korean leader to hold a summit with a U.S. president. Then in his mid-30s, Kim is believed to have turned 40 this year.
